What is Advanced kitting?

Each piece is precision-machined using CNC technology, numbered, and organized to fit precisely into its designated place in your mould. Unlike standard kits, Advanced kits are designed for applications where optimal resin usage, lowest possible weight, and superior surface finish are crucial.

By using specialized software and proprietary cutting techniques, Diab’s engineers optimize each kit piece to match the curvature of your mould perfectly. The CNC cutting process leaves the core partially intact, eliminating the need for scrim backing, reducing resin usage, and providing a smoother surface finish directly out of the mould.
